A Word From Our Pastor
As the new Pastor Of Castleberry Road Baptist Church we are so honored to be apart of what God is doing for us and what He is going to do. The Lord has Blessed Vickie and I in Pastoring now 7 different churches over the past 36 years. The excitement is stronger than ever to experience The Spirit Of God as we serve Him and you. To see souls excepting Jesus as their personal Savior and watching The Hand Of God Grow Castleberry Road Baptist into His Grace And Knowledge. I would like to give a personal invitation to all who can come and Worship with us. If you enjoy people that will Love you, you will enjoy Castleberry Road Baptist Church. Spirit filled singing and the Gospel with no gimmicks being proclaimed. So come be with us any Sunday morning Sunday School at 10am Worship at 11am.
Beliefs
We believe that: the Bible in its original documents isthe inspired word of God, the written record of His supernatural revelation ofHimself to man, absolute in its authority, complete in its revelation, final inits content, and without any errors in its statement that there is one God,eternally existent, creator of the heaven and earth and that he is manifestedin three persons who are the Father, Son and Holy Spirit; that by one man’sdisobedience, many were made sinners; that the salvation of sinners is whollyof grace; that the great gospel blessing which Christ secures to such asbelieve in Him is justification; that in order to be saved sinners must be bornagain; that repentance and faith are sacred duties and also inseparable graces wrought in our lives by the regenerating spirit of God; that election is theeternal purpose of God; that sanctification is the process by which we are madepartakers of His Holiness; that real believers endure until the end; that thelaw of God is the eternal rule; that the Church of Christ is a congregation ofbaptized believers engaged in His work under the leadership of spiritual officers; the Church has two scriptural ordinances: first, baptism is the immersion in water of a believer; and second, the Lord’s supper is a memorial commemorating the death of Christ; that the Lord’s day is the first day of theweek; that there is a difference between the righteous and the wicked; and, that at the end of this world judgment will fix forever the final state of menin heaven or in hell.
WMU
The WMU mission statement states: “Pray for missions. Engage in mission action and witnessing. Learn about missions. Support mission.” Castleberry Road’s WMU believes in these statements and in missional living. We strive to be a support to our own missions at Castleberry Road, as well as a support to missions of the world. Join us as we pray for our church, community, and world and witness to those around us!
WMU meetings will be announced on the events page and on the church Facebook page.
